Guests mingled during cocktail hour enjoying wines from Marques de Casa Concho by Concha y Toro, in
addition to cocktails made with Nolet’s Dry Silver Gin, before taking their seats to watch and taste as each chef created a separate three-course meal. The chefs competed in front of a LIVE audience and celebrated judging panel including: Callebaut Chocolate Ambassador Natasha Capper, Catalyst Restaurant Chef/Owner Will Kovel, Director for Culinary Operations at Harvard University Martin Breslin, and formerdefensive end for theNew England Patriots, Jarvis Green, owner of Blue Bayou Louisiana Wild Caught Premium Shrimp.
Chef Alex T. Brugger eventually took home the win with his Aussie Lamb Sirloin Tartare starter, Aussie Grassfed Ribeye Block main course and Molten Callebaut Chocolate Soué Cake for dessert.
