The Canadian Food Championships is a year-long search for Canada’s best cooks, it all culminates in a high energy, high intensity, timed, double-blind judged cooking competition in Edmonton this July. Winners from earlier qualifiers and Wild Card entries will compete for cash, glory, and to represent Team Canada in the World Food Championships in Florida. The competition is open to any Canadian resident and there are prizes valued at over $50,000 up for grabs. The Canadian Food Championships is the only Canadian qualifying competition for the World Food Championships. CFC runs from July 21-25, 2015.
