Creminelli Party

Chef’s Roll was honored to host founder and master artisan Cristiano Creminelli of Creminelli Fine Meats for an exclusive evening of charcuterie at Bottega Americano. San Diego chefs and culinary industry gathered for the private mixer where they enjoyed platters piled high with handcrafted salami and assorted meats, in addition to a selection of Executive Chef/Owner Giuseppe Ciuffa‘s wood-fired pizzas. Guests sipped on Dolcetto D’alba from Beni Di Batasiolo courtesy of Stefano Poggi, Italian Brand Manager at Batasiolo – the leading family producer of Barolo – plus beer from Bitter Brothers Brewing Company, and cocktails courtesy of High West Vodka. Chef’s Roll also held a raffle drawing, which included a knife and cutting board from JENDE Industries and spoons by Chef Spoons.
