As president and owner Mr. Benson’s success is based on over twenty years experience in the product design manufacturing and restaurant food service equipment industries. Before launching IFE, he managed numerous transport operations, specializing in the development and expedition of freight logistic models. This experience is utilized at IFE, where he teaches the sales staff to coordinate realistic, efficient and economical customer deliveries.
Offering cutting edge solutions and full turnkey services, including design concepts, equipment specification, procurement and installation services, the SCRDG team has successfully completed projects for major restaurants and hospitality collectives including Button Mash in Silver Lake, 9021PHO in Beverly Hills, Soul in Hollywood, Hollywood Burgerin Los Angeles, and the elite Venice-based Gjelina Group.

A complete source for all food service design, consulting, procurement, coordination, and installation needs, SCRDG’s operations team offers a complete range of integrated services, including Auto CAD generated drawings, computerized cost models and budget reviews. SCRDG also manufactures custom metal fixtures, and coordinates all food service related kitchen and interior building construction.
