“Anytime is Guac Time” Contest Winners

Congratulations to the winners of the Anytime is Guac Time Recipe Contest! 🎉 For this contest, we wanted to highlight the year-round availability of Avocados From Mexico by challenging our chef community to show us their favorite guac recipes that they enjoy all year long. 10 lucky chefs have each won a Chef’s Roll swag pack with our Grand Prize Winner additionally taking home a custom blade from Meglio Knives featuring an avocado wood handle. Congrats, chefs!

Fresh avocado salad with scallops. The avocado salad is topped with Serrano/habanero peppers, tomato, radish, and dill. The scallops were cooked in brown butter and placed over a lemon tequila foam with lemon zested over them.

Layer of Purple potatoes, Spicy plantains, Guacamole, shrimp. Avocado relish, Guacamole, Avocado Foam, Avocado quenelle, citrus caviar pearls , Peruvian Yellow Pepper Sauce. Shrimps were marinate with Aji Mirasol Leche de Tigre and grilled in cast iron skillet.
