Congrats to the winners of the Copper River Coho Chef Competition! Last month, 10 talented chefs were selected to compete and received a complimentary Copper River Coho to use in the creation of an original dish. Now, 3 lucky chefs have won big by impressing the judges with their creativity and skill in showcasing this incredible salmon. Our 1st Place winner will receive the grand prize – a check for $1,000 – and will also receive a Meglio Knives “Fishmonger” Offset Fillet Knife alongside our two runner’s up.
