Enter The Premium Caviar Plating Competition, presented by Haute Caviar and Libbey

Greetings Chef! If you are based in the US or any US Territories: Register below for a chance to participate in The Premium Caviar Plating Competition, presented by Haute Caviar and Libbey. Anyone can register, but 15 chefs will be selected to receive Haute Caviar sampler sets with Libbey serving plates and compete for some epic prizes and bragging rights. Welcome to the #HauteCaviarContest!

Caviar already holds an esteemed reputation as a luxury food product, but in recent years, increased interest and regulation has allowed the market to support even more unique, premium brands.

Haute Caviar has been working to educate and empower chefs to feature the highest quality caviar on their menus while supporting the growing industry. In this contest, we want to see how you would feature caviar on some gorgeous Libbey plateware. Good luck!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

  1. Register below by July 22nd.
    • 15 people will be chosen to receive complimentary Libbey plate samples and Haute Caviar samples and compete.
  2. If selected, show off your ingenuity by crafting and photographing TWO original dishes, plated on the Libbey plates and featuring the Haute Caviar.
    • One dish must show your version of a traditional caviar service.
    • One dish must show off a creative application of caviar IN a dish.
    • See examples below.
  3. Submit your entry between July 30th and August 12th by posting the photos on Instagram (using hashtag #HauteCaviarContest and tagging @haute_caviar and @libbey_pro) and ALSO sending your full recipes in via email.
  4. Winners will be announced on or around August 18th. The judges will be looking at the following criteria:
    • Haute Caviar being the featured component of the dish
    • Plating/presentation/quality of image submitted
    • Overall dish quality and creativity
