Chef’s Roll is thrilled to offer a new opportunity for chefs and restaurateurs who want to offer their customers an elevated dining experience and promote their restaurants through the “Icons of European Taste” campaign.
Register below for a chance to participate. Eight restaurants will be given the opportunity to receive complimentary product and create three original dishes for a “Limited Time Offer” on their menu. These restaurants and their dishes will be featured on Chef’s Roll social media platforms, a combined audience of more than 1.5 million.
Selected participating restaurants will receive:
- 1 whole leg of Prosciutto di Parma
- 1 whole leg of Prosciutto di San Daniele
- 6-8 lbs of Grana Padano cheese

FAQ
What kind of promotional assets need to be submitted to Chef’s Roll for the promotion?
High quality photos of your 3 dishes and their descriptions are all that are required. If you have the capability to do video production we will accept that as well. If you are in the Southern California or Portland area we can create the promotional assets for you.
How long should the Limited Time Offer (LTO) run on my menu?
That is up to you and dependent on how long the donated product will last and the length you choose. We would recommend 1-2 weeks.
Do I have to have all three LTO dishes on my menu at the same time?
Yes, unless one or more runs out before the other.
I don’t own a brick and mortar restaurant. Can I still be chosen?
We are targeting brick and mortar restaurants for this promotion.
