Are you an Independent Restaurant Operator/Chef?
We’re looking for chefs in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Texas (Houston, Austin, or San Antonio), New York City, and Atlanta to participate in an upcoming Kikkoman Foodservice Limited-Time Offer (LTO) program.
Two (2) restaurants per region will be selected to develop and feature a menu item highlighting at least one Kikkoman product from the list below. Selected participants will:
- Run a Kikkoman-featured LTO for a minimum of five business days
- Receive promotional support from Chef’s Roll
- Be featured in a Chef’s Roll Featured Chef article
- Submit a full recipe and high-resolution photography of their dish for program promotion
Additionally, two participating regions will be selected for on-site video production, featuring chefs preparing their LTO dishes.
The LTO program will run late June through July.
Eligible Products: Participants may select one (or more) of the following products to feature in their LTO:
- 50% Less Sodium Gluten-Free Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
- Teriyaki Baste & Glaze Honey & Pineapple
- Gluten-Free Hoisin Sauce
- Non-GMO Gluten-Free Naturally Brewed Sesame Oil
- Rice Vinegar
- Gluten-Free Panko
