Congratulations to the winners of the Lentil Power Bowl Contest! We challenged our chef community to power up with lentils by creating a Lentil Power Bowl using Whole or Split Red Lentils and running it as an LTO at their restaurant. Two winners have been selected – one Commercial and one Non-Commercial – and will each receive $2,500 cash USD, a Chef’s Roll jacket, a Meglio knife, and an all-inclusive trip to Canada to participate in the 2022 foodservice industry farm tour.
