These three incredible chefs are embarking soon on an exclusive chef’s tour of Japan, and believe us, we wish we were going too. Thank you, once again, to everyone who entered the 2017 Ōra King Awards, and congratulations to these finalists!

Take notes from these folks, and start daydreaming of what you’re going to put together to try and win it all next year!

A further part of the contest celebrations is the annual selection of a North American chef whose work has contributed to the global image of Ōra King! This year, Ōra King has chosen Mike Ellis from Washington D.C.’s Charlie Palmer Steakhouse. They are thanking him by taking him to Japan with the contest finalists for the culinary experience of lifetime!
