The Norwegian Seafood Council is looking to build their roster of Chef partners and will be selecting up to FIVE Chefs, from the Fast Casual, Casual Dining, College & Universities and Retail sectors, to serve as Seafood Specialists.
In partnership with the Norwegian Seafood Council, selected Seafood Specialists will be contracted and compensated for:
Development of new and original recipes using seafood from Norway
Participating and being quoted in local and national media opportunities
Joining webinars with the Norwegian Seafood Council team and other Seafood Specialists
Seafood Specialists will also receive:
Premium, top-quality seafood from Norway for recipe ideation and development
Exposure via cross-promotion across Seafood from Norway social and digital channels
Networking and professional development opportunities with other Seafood Specialist Chefs
A key partnership for adding to your resume
Access to seafood data and news

The five selected Seafood Specialists will receive a mutually agreed upon sponsorship contract and compensation from the Norwegian Seafood Council as part of the partnership window.
