In the Blank Canvas Plating Contest, Chef’s Roll and Libbey challenged 50 chefs to use Libbey plateware as the canvas to showcase their artistry and imagination as they created and plated an original dish. These chefs all received samples of elegant Libbey plates to use in their entries – and so many wonderful platings were submitted! However, only 3 lucky chefs can take home the prizes!
