The prompt for the contest was to create an original dish featuring samples of Impossible Ground Beef and choose from one of three culinary trends to feature – Newstalgia, New European, and Around The World Flavors and Spices.

Our judges were blown away by the impressive and creative ways these winning chefs showcased Impossible Ground Beef in their dishes.
