Burger Patty
INGREDIENTS
- 8oz. Ground beef
- 3oz. Chorizo
METHOD
- Mix together, form patties, and sear.
Queso Cheese Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 1 small block Queso fresco
- 2 cups. Cream
METHOD
- Melt and whisk cheese into cream in a medium sized pot.
- Cook an egg, saute peppers and onions, and garnish on a Euro-Bake Hatch Chile bun.
