Burger Patty

INGREDIENTS

  • 8oz. Ground beef
  • 3oz. Chorizo

METHOD

  1. Mix together, form patties, and sear.

Queso Cheese Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 small block Queso fresco
  • 2 cups. Cream

METHOD

  1. Melt and whisk cheese into cream in a medium sized pot.
  2. Cook an egg, saute peppers and onions, and garnish on a Euro-Bake Hatch Chile bun.
