HALIBUT
METHOD
- Heat coals, and place flat rock on embers.
- When rock is hot, sear halibut using cocavo oil until desired doneness.
SALAD
INGREDIENTS
- Kale
- Aleppo
- Pistachio
- Grapefruit
- Blood orange
- Olive oil
METHOD
- Chop kale, supreme citrus, squeeze some juice in salad. Toss with olive oil, toasted pistachios, and aleppo.
