Foie and spam sammy with berry jam and a runny egg on a Euro-Bake potato bun.

This recipe is part of the Chef’s Roll Test Kitchen, in partnership with Euro-Bake, WÜSTHOF, and FOH.
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Blackberries
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Raspberries
- 1 part Sugar
- 1 part Water
- Place the berries in a pot and add enough water just to cover and add equal parts sugar. Cook down to desired consistency (liquid reduces). Approx 10 minutes on low should be fine.
- Sear the foie, sear spam, and cook an egg over medium or sunny side up.
- Toast the bun in the oven until crisp.
