Foie, Spam, and Berry Jam

Foie and spam sammy with berry jam and a runny egg on a Euro-Bake potato bun.

Berry Jam


  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Blackberries
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1 part Sugar
  • 1 part Water


  1. Place the berries in a pot and add enough water just to cover and add equal parts sugar. Cook down to desired consistency (liquid reduces). Approx 10 minutes on low should be fine.
  2. Sear the foie, sear spam, and cook an egg over medium or sunny side up.
  3. Toast the bun in the oven until crisp.
