Lobster on Lobster on Lobster on Lobster

Lobster with lobster broth, mushrooms, lobster tail, dumplings, and snap peas.

Lobster

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ea. Lobster
  • 1 ea. Bay leaf
  • 1/2 an Orange
  • 1 bunch Fresh thyme
  • Water to fill pot

METHOD

  1. Bring water, herbs, and citrus to a boil.
  2. Place the lobster in and cook for 2 minutes. Remove and let cool.

Dumplings

INGREDIENTS

  • Dumpling wrappers
  • Lobster claw meat
  • 1 tbsp. Mayo (approx)
  • 1 tsp.Herb de provence

METHOD

  1. Blend claw meat, spices, and mayo.
  2. Fill and fold dumplings. Steam.

Broth

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 Cup Greenmount Foods Lobster Stock
  • 4 cubed Lobster mushrooms, sauteed

METHOD

  1. Saute lobster mushrooms.
  2. Bring lobster stock to a boil. Season and serve.
