Seared Cervena Venison Denver Leg with smoked paprika, habanero, and honey granules, sauteed corn and jalapeno, and fresh pluots.

Venison
INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz. portion of Cevena Denver Leg
- ½ cup Spiceology smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp. Spiceology habanero powder
- 1 tbsp. Spiceology honey granules
METHOD
- Dust and rub venison with spices.
- Sear in a pan until rare/medium rare.
Corn
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cobs Corn
- 1 ea. Jalapeno
METHOD
- Char corn and remove kernals. Saute with jalapeno.
- Serve with fresh pluots. For plating style see video.
