“King Kashi” Fried Chicken Sandwich

Kashi granola crusted chicken on a Kings Hawaiian roll with pickle, cheese, and mayo.

Beurre Blanc

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ea. Chicken breast, halved and slightly pounded
  • Kashi cereal
  • 2 ea. Eggs, whisked
  • 1 cup Flour 
  • Kings Hawaiian roll
  • Pickle, for garnish
  • Quality cheese
  • Mayo or sriracha mayo

METHOD

  1. Season chicken.
  2. Dip into flour into egg wash into kashi and fry at 300 F until cooked through.
  3. Serve on a Kings Hawaiian roll with garnishes.
