Biscuits
INGREDIENTS
- Pillsbury biscuits
METHOD
- Bake in a wood fired oven or a convection oven at 375 until golden brown – 19 min approx.
Strawberry Puree
INGREDIENTS
- 2 parts Strawberry
- 1 part Simple syrup
- Thickening agent
METHOD
- Puree and add a thickening agent just enough to create a nappe consistency.
Plate with strawberry ice cream, whipped cream, freeze dried or dehydrated strawberries and mint.
