Pillsbury Strawberry Shortcake

Wood-fired pillsbury biscuits with strawberry puree, whipped cream, strawberry ice cream, dehydrated strawberries, and mint.

  • Pillsbury biscuits


  1. Bake in a wood fired oven or a convection oven at 375  until golden brown – 19 min approx.

Strawberry Puree


  • 2 parts Strawberry
  • 1 part Simple syrup
  • Thickening agent


  1. Puree and add a thickening agent just enough to create a nappe consistency.

Plate with strawberry ice cream, whipped cream, freeze dried or dehydrated strawberries and mint.
