The four-time winner of “Best Restaurant In The World”, Noma, has gotten its Tulum, Mexico pop-up in full swing. The seven-week experiment is an attempt to apply chef Rene Redezepi’s award-winning gastronomy to a completely new environment, drawing from local flavors and traditions.
