I grew up in my parents' traditional Japanese restaurant. My father has been a traditional Japanese chef for over 50 year's before he moved to the states.Cooking has been such a big influence in my life when I was growing up in the kitchen doing dishes and serving.My parents' are very strict and have a very good food palate, which influenced the way I flavor my dishes or how I execute my plates.I realized my passion and love for food really inspired me to get a douse degree in culinary/baking arts. I have been enrolled now for about 3 year's and absolutely love attending school. I just received my Baking Associates degree and currently I am on my way for the Culinary Associates degree. I recently started my job at the Beach Cafe and I am gaining more passion for what I am doing with my life.I love my new job very much and plan to gain more knowledge so I can be a Culinary instructor some day.
