Cooking for me is about creativity and expression. I want to create dishes that don't just satisfy the stomach, but engage the mind. I believe in using as much of each ingredient as possible, and showcasing the depth of the ingredients as much as I can. I've worked in Sri Lanka, Canada and Singapore, and am looking forward to exploring even more of the world, and using everything I've learned (in school, at the restaurants I've interned at, through my travels) to craft new, unique dishes and dining experiences wherever this road may take me.
