Well.. I went to culinary school for almost 2 years. I started my internship at Huntsville Golf Club. Life happened and I wasn't able to get my degree. I think hands on learning is key in this industry.Then I moved to Glenmaura National Golf Club and I worked under my mentor chef for 3 years. Learning, aquiring different stagès, and trying to set myself up for my next endevor, which happened to be Boston! I'm very young in the industry, only about 3 years. I still have a lot to learn!
