I grew up in a small town and with it being small, there is not much to do. Most of the time I would watch my dad cook in the kitchen. I would watch him cook Chinese food mostly and I would help him and I thought "this is the coolest thing ever. " As soon as I picked up my dads knife and started cutting I knew that cooking had to be a part of my lifestyle. Since that day I cook all the time at home and in Culinary school. I hope to advance my career farther in the restaurant business. Not too many people where Im from even consider cooking a profession but after all the cuts and burns I would not want to do anything else.
