Center Stage

In 2016 Chef’s Roll was proud to present Center Stage, an innovative program connecting emerging talent with A-list mentors and the opportunity to win an apprenticeship at one of the world’s top restaurants. From cooks to sous chefs (US based with a minimum of 4 years kitchen experience) we invited up-and-coming talent to apply and compete for an all expenses paid one-month stage at the participating restaurant of their choice.
