On Tuesday, August 22nd 2017, the first annual MISE Conference in Atlanta hosted Chef’s Plate 15, presented by Chef’s Roll.
John Hamme, Executive Chef at Spectrum Resorts in Alabama, and Thomas Stewart, Executive Chef at The Villa Casa Casuarina (the former Versace Mansion) in Miami, went head to head for a chance to win a JENDE Knife Roll and the Chef’s Plate 15 trophy. Each chef cooked and presented three courses to a panel of judges and MISE Conference attendees. The Chef’s Plate 15 trophy and JENDE Knife Roll ultimately went to Chef Thomas Stewart, while the People’s Choice went to Chef John Hamme
Participating judges for Chef’s Plate 15 include Peter D’Andrea, Corporate Executive Chef of Windbreak Hospitality; Ruffy Sulaiman, Executive Chef of Hilton America; Eric Stambaugh, Public Relations and Sales of Jende Industries, and Aaron Brooks, Executive Chef EDGE Steakhouse at the Four Seasons Miami.
