Chefs Nicole Pederson (Chicago), Joshua Butler (Atlanta) and James Foster Colson (Los Angeles) will experience an amazing trip hosted by our friends at Norwegian Seafood and will visit 3 Norwegian cities: Alta, Tromso and Oslo!

Trip Details:
- Departing the US Saturday, 9/7 – Arriving in Norway Sunday, 9/8
- Departing Norway: Saturday, 9/14
- Activities include:
- Stops in 3 Norwegian cities (Alta, Tromso and Oslo)
- Visit and tour of an aquaculture farm in Alta
- Fishing expedition in the Norwegian Sea hosted by local fisher people
- Local dining experiences throughout the trip, including a custom dinner featuring “the day’s catch” from the fishing expedition
- Educational experiences and learning opportunities at the University of Tromso and Marine Research Center in Tromso
- Culinary immersion and hands-on experience at the Culinary Academy in Oslo
- Cultural immersion throughout the week including visits to local sites, grocery store tours, and more!
