Does your Chef run a Fair Kitchen?
Nominate them, they could be featured on Chef’s Roll!
These are the 5 points of the Fair Kitchens “TEAMS” Code:
- Talk Openly: We speak out when we have something to say, we make sure others do the same.
- Excite Passion: We train, mentor and inspire the next generation. We fuel their flame.
- Act as One: No matter our ethnicity, gender or religion, we share the same goal. We respect each other, hold back from abuse, and ask “R U OK?” if we think someone’s not.
- Make Time: We make time for breaks – for fresh air and daylight. We rest, relax, and recharge where we can.
- Say “Good Job”: When one of us does a good job, we say it because a pat on the back can make their day.

We’ll be selecting 3 nominated chefs to feature in a Chef’s Roll original film, an Instagram takeover, and win an epic prize pack for the whole staff! The best part: we’ll come to you – no matter where in the world your restaurant is.
Use the following form to nominate your Chef, then post about them on Instagram using #FairKitchensLeader and encourage your coworkers to do the same! Your coworkers can also fill out the form. The more people that nominate any given Chef and post about them on Instagram, the more likely we’ll have a fuller picture of the nominees.
