We’re looking to feature original recipes using the PolyScience Smoking Gun, Control Freak or Sous Vide Immersion Circulator. If interested in having a dish featured, please fill out the form below. This opportunity is open to Chefs worldwide and you are expected to use on-hand PolyScience equipment in the dish creation, we will not be shipping units.
If chosen, you will be asked to share a hi-res image of your dish and include a detailed original recipe using either the PolyScience Smoking Gun, Control Freak or Sous Vide Immersion Circulator (or any combination of the 3). We will feature it on our website and social channels, as well as on the PolyScience Culinary website. We’ll also send you a Chef’s Roll swag pack of all our latest Chef’s Roll gear! Here is an example of our first feature in this year long series: Koji Duck Confit by Chef Keith Lord using the PolyScience Control Freak.
