Last month, we challenged US-based chefs to make a creative, unique, and delicious plantain dish using plantains from MIC Food for the chance to win a ton of incredible prizes! The competition was incredible with so many amazing plantain-based dishes coming in from around the country – however only a few lucky chefs could win.
