Chef’s Roll hosted a Sustainable Seafood, Chef and Surf Industry event on Monday September 10, 2018 on Huntington Beach in partnership with Verlasso, World Champion Paddle Boarder and Big Wave Surfer Jamie Mitchell, Surfline, Quiksilver, and Seafood Watch.
It featured top Chefs cooking sustainable seafood, live music by the Wheeland Brothers, beer, wine, and cocktails on the beach.
