Four Seasons Cervena Venison Contest Winners

Congrats to the winners of the  “Four Seasons Cervena Venison Contest!”  🎉 These 3 chefs all created irresistible dishes showcasing this premium New Zealand venison and their culinary ingenuity. Their skills and creativity have won them some amazing prizes – including a trip to Vancouver for our 1st Place Winner, an epic Kudu Grills package for the 2nd Place Winner, and a custom Meglio Knife for the 3rd place winner as well as Chef’s Roll Apparel for all!  


1st Place WINNER

just won a trip to Vancouver which includes 2 roundtrip airfares to Vancouver, 3 night hotel accommodations, and 3 Restaurant Dining Experiences and will also be taking home a Chef’s Roll Apparel chef coat and apron.

New Zealand Venison Rack stuffed venison sausage then slow cooked on the grill with California oak wood, plated with potatoes wrapped in a mustard seasoned pastry then fried, BnB & radish pickles, English peas, fermented dandelion greens and cherry bbq.


2nd Place WINNER

will be taking home an epic KUDU Grill “Blaze Package” featuring an Award-Winning Kudu Grill, KUDU Grill Cover, KUDU Smoker Lid, Steven Raichlen’s BBQ Bible, and a Kudu Rotisserie plus a Chef’s Roll Apparel AP Flour Coat.
