I loved baking during my free time when I was young. I loved baking cakes or cupcakes for my friends on their special occasions.During my high school I would have "Bake-a-cake Wednesdays " and was known as the girl who was always carrying cake around school. I kept baking as a hobby that I enjoyed and didn't pursue a degree in culinary (Baking & Pastry) until after my first year in college. I figured I wanted a career with something that I like doing.After years of work experience in pastries there is no better industry than to work with food, specifically desserts.
