I started at the age of 17 after graduating high school in Phoenix Arizona I enlisted into the United States Marine Corps as a Cook for 4 years. It was rough at first and I had not planned to continue my culinary path after being discharged. I then found myself with only one employable skill. Cooking. Once I was out of the military I worked at a few restaurants before I began attending Arizona Culinary Institute in Scottsdale Arizona. . I continue to expand my knowledge of this beautiful culinary art every day in hopes of some day teaching and mentoring future young chefs.
