Want to win a trip to Chicago to take a class at the Chicago Chocolate Academy and be a featured chef in the upcoming Callebaut Chocolate Hero campaign? Chef’s Roll is honored to be partnering again with the finest Belgian chocolate makers for the “Chocolate Heroes” Cake Challenge.
Chef’s Roll is asking professional chefs from around the US to rise to the occasion and become our “Chocolate Heroes” by making their best chocolate layer cake using Callebaut products.
You have from May 19 – June 2 to submit your entry: a photo of your cake with a name or short description of the cake and the recipe.

1Grand Prize Trip to Chicago. For the Grand Prize Trip, Callebaut will be responsible for airfare from anywhere in the United States to Chicago, transportation to/from the Chicago airport, and lodging. Participant will be responsible for any other expenses and transportation to/from their home airport.
