Dan dan noodles with Impossible Foods meat, mushrooms, and herbs.⠀

  • 1 tbsp. Chile Oil
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Chile Powder


  1. Whisk together
  2. Set aside.

Dan Dan Noodles


  • 1 ea. Packaged Noodles
  • 2 ea. Whole Mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Ginger
  • 1 tsp. Garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Green onion
  • 4-6 oz. Impossible Meat


  1. Cook packaged noodles according to directions.
  2. Toss with the sauce and garnish with sauteed mushrooms, ginger, garlic, and green onion.
  3. Sear impossible meat. Place over pasta and finish with fresh herbs.
