Cooking has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I grew up in the South and have been raised on home cooking. The South loves its fried and comfort foods such as fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, and turnip greens. As I have grown so has my palate to include international cuisines such as: Asian, Latin, Mediterranean, Caribbean, etc. The combination of spice, sweetness, and acidity is like a symphony on my tongue. I also love the concept of food fusion, combining different taste profiles from multiple cuisines. I believe that when it comes to food that there is no limit, let your imagination go wild! This is a career, not a job. I am excited and fortunate to get to do this every day. I cannot imagine myself doing anything else. I love seeing the joy on peoples faces when they taste something new for the first time. I plan on doing this for the rest of my life and hopefully inspiring others to do the same.
