My Uncle is a chef in Canada, when I was young I recall going to the bakery where he worked and the aroma got me hooked. I have always enjoyed food, but it wasn't until recently I enjoyed cooking food. When my daughter was born and grew old enough to eat cooked meals, is when I really found a passion for cooking and cooking food for others. I started school never realizing the possibility of food and how you can express so much through your cooking. Now that I'm almost done culinary school I have a deep appreciation for the culinary arts. I can't wait to see what my future in this field holds.
