I was born and grew up in Reno, NV, I was a dishwasher and busser my senior year of High School and Joined the United States Marines after graduation and in 2005 when I and was
stationed at Camp Pendleton I moved to Southern California. During my 7 years in the Marines, I got to see and
experience many different countries and cultures such as the Middle East, Egypt,
China, Japan, Australia, Korea, and the Philippians. I am currently going to
school full time at the International Art Institute of San Diego to get my Bachelors in Culinary Management, I already have my Associate Degree in Culinary
Arts & an Associate Degree in Baking and Pastry.I have worked at many different kitchens and restaurants a long my way. I am currently now working in a four diamond, four star hotel and restaurant at the US Grant Grill.
