About
Growing up in Dana Point, California, I found myself at a lot of taverns enjoying great food, live music and friends. At the age of 16 I knew what I wanted to do with my life; open a tavern of my own. At that point is when I started cooking more at home and for my family and friends. At the age of 17, I enlisted into the United States Marine Corps. I learned discipline, attention to detail, and caring for the team members around you.
