As a child I had dreams, but out of all the dreams that I dreamt about, cooking was not in them. I had a normal childhood,that included running around in under ware, having action figures, and hated doing homework. As my teenage years came along my dreams would change and sports would take over my life. However for summer jobs I did work as a dish washer and bus boy, but still no interest in cooking. Then after high school I was introduce into the real world. And I would jump form job to job, and one of those jobs was working as a server. Still even working as a server and having one of my best friends as a cook, there was no interest in cooking. Then it came time where I would have to wear a apron and cook for myself. That is when the interest came. I would find enjoyment in cooking dinner, and even more in eating the food. Those nights that I cooked alone for myself has brought me here, at this point in my life. The more I learn about my passion, the hungrier I get.
