About
I come from a family of Chefs and only recently, when I was given an opportunity from Chef Jen over at Milo and Olive, did i discover my true passion for cooking. I had been in the restaurant industry for some time, but spent most of my time in the front of the house. Chef Jen saw my talent and helped me realize that I was meant for the kitchen. Shortly after, and with the help of my fiancé, I made the decision to get my Bachelors Degree in Food and Beverage Management from the Art Institute of Los Angeles. I am constantly being inspired by the Chefs at the Art Institute, Milo and Olive and everyone I follow on instagram.
